Returns & Cancellations Policy

 

Cancellations

Orders for standard Calmetrix products may be cancelled any time until three calendar days before shipping without any cost or penalties. Custom orders, including non-standard products or product adaptations cannot be cancelled and any such order is due in full once the purchase order has been received.

Returns

All Sales Final. Defective or damaged items under warranty may be either replaced or repaired, at Calmetrix' sole discretion.

Shipping

Our products are shipped under the Incoterm and within the lead time agreed upon at the time of purchase.
