Biocal: Study preservatives and shelf life

This video shows how to use a Biocal isothermal calorimeter to test food samples or other items for microbiological activity, e.g. to test the efficiency of preservatives and estimate the impact on shelf life. In this example, the test was conducted on a fruit juice.
